Are you a leader who loves the green industry? Grass Plus, Inc. is seeking a Lawn Maintenance Manager to lead our residential and commercial turf care division. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee crews, make sales, manage customers, estimate new jobs, manage routes, and deliver exceptional lawn care services that help properties in Northern Utah thrive.

What You'll Do: 

• Supervise and schedule lawn maintenance crews (up to 35 team members)
• Monitor and manage turf health across multiple properties 
• Perform quality checks and coach team members on best practices 
• Oversee application of fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control
• Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, property care, and upsell opportunities
• Ensure compliance with safety, equipment care, and state application standards 
• Track job performance, materials used, and team productivity 

What You Bring: 

• 2+ years in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or turf management 
• Prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred 
• Valid driver's license (clean record required) 
• Pesticide license (or willingness to obtain we'll help you!) 
• Strong time management and organizational skills 
• Passion for lawns, quality service, and developing a strong crew
