What You'll Do:

• Operate hydroseeding equipment to apply seed, mulch, and erosion control materials
• Prepare job sites, perform straw blowing, matting, and more
• Load, mix, and spray slurry with precision and safety
• Maintain and troubleshoot heavy equipment: hydroseeders, skid steers, tractors
• Work in remote terrain and diverse conditionstravel included
• Log project data and communicate with crews and clients on-site

What You Bring:

• 1+ year operating hydro seeders or similar (tractors, skid steers, etc.)
• Mechanically inclined; can do routine maintenance and quick fixes
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and independence
• Bonus: Experience in landscaping, agriculture, erosion control, or reclamation
