Position Overview

Grass Plus is seeking a Landscape Repair Manager to lead residential landscape restoration projects impacted by construction. This position is responsible for evaluating site conditions, coordinating repairs, and ensuring completed work meets quality standards.

You will manage projects from initial assessment through completion while supervising a small field crew and maintaining communication with homeowners and project partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate job sites and develop repair plans for landscaping and irrigation systems
• Perform and oversee irrigation diagnostics, repairs, and system adjustments
• Direct grading, soil preparation, and planting to restore affected areas
• Supervise and support field crew to ensure safe and efficient work
• Communicate project updates with homeowners and builders
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and complete final walkthroughs
• Operate tools and light equipment; tow truck and trailer as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape repair, irrigation, or related fieldwork
• Experience leading or coordinating field crews
• Working knowledge of grading, drainage, and plant installation
• Ability to operate small equipment and tow a trailer
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in outdoor environments

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, daytime hours
• Overtime may be required based on workload and weather conditions

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $26.00 to $28.00, based on experience
• Company truck and trailer provided during work hours
