You'll support the project teams by ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are available when needed, solving day-to-day logistical challenges, and maintaining project momentum to meet quality standards and deadlines. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate daily field activities and provide on-site support for landscape installation crews.</li><li>Procure and deliver plants, parts, and materials to job sites as needed.</li><li>Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards across multiple job sites.</li><li>Support Project Managers by addressing urgent project needs and assisting with client and subcontractor coordination.</li><li>Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.</li><li>Assist in troubleshooting minor project issues and escalating major concerns to Project Management.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.</li><li>Help uphold the company's strong reputation for quality, professionalism, and client service.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3 or more years of experience in landscaping, construction, or site supervision preferred.</li><li>A College degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field, or extensive hands-on experience in farming, landscaping, or land management.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize and pivot between tasks.</li><li>Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and handling physical demands (lifting materials, driving between job sites, etc.).</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.</li><li>Knowledge of landscape installation processes, irrigation systems, and basic site safety standards is preferred.</li><li>Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with crews, clients, and leadership.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive hourly wage at $55,000 to $65,000, commensurate with experience.</li><li>Overtime opportunities available</li><li>Paid time off (PTO) and holidays</li><li>Family-oriented work environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a growing company</li></ul>Join a company where your hard work makes a visible impact!If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and lead landscape projects that you'll be proud of, we want to hear from you.
