You'll oversee daily operations on-site, ensure quality standards are met, and collaborate with the Project Manager and clients to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and supervise landscape installation crews, ensuring efficiency and quality workmanship.</li><li>Coordinate with the Project Manager on project requirements, scheduling, and client expectations.</li><li>Read and interpret project plans, layouts, and specifications.</li><li>Install a variety of landscape elements, including irrigation systems, rock walls, trees, shrubs, and sod.</li><li>Manage on-site logistics, including ordering and picking up materials and ensuring proper use of tools and equipment.</li><li>Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to foster a strong, productive team.</li><li>Monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and ensure projects stay on schedule.</li><li>Enforce company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized job site.</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients and represent Grass Plus Inc. with pride and integrity.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3 or more years of landscape installation experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or foreman role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of landscape construction, including irrigation, plant installation, hardscapes, and grading.</li><li>Ability to read blueprints, plans, and project specifications.</li><li>Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift 50+ pounds regularly.</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive hourly wage at $60,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience.</li><li>Overtime opportunities available</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Family-oriented work environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a growing company</li></ul>Ready to build a career where your leadership skills and craftsmanship make a real impact?
