As a Landscape Foreman, you'll be responsible for leading landscape installation crews on residential and commercial projects. You'll oversee daily operations on-site, ensure quality standards are met, and collaborate with the Project Manager and clients to deliver exceptional results. This is a great opportunity for an experienced foreman who wants to grow with a company that values skill, leadership, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape installation crews, ensuring efficiency and quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on project requirements, scheduling, and client expectations.
• Read and interpret project plans, layouts, and specifications.
• Install a variety of landscape elements, including irrigation systems, rock walls, trees, shrubs, and sod.
• Manage on-site logistics, including ordering and picking up materials and ensuring proper use of tools and equipment.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to foster a strong, productive team.
• Monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Communicate professionally with clients and represent Grass Plus Inc. with pride and integrity.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of landscape installation experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction, including irrigation, plant installation, hardscapes, and grading.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full time position
• Competitive hourly wage at $60,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience.
