From coordinating crews and scheduling to ensuring system functionality and client satisfaction, you'll be a key leader in delivering a high-quality finished product. This role requires a blend of field expertise, project management skills, and client communication. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations for golf course irrigation installation projects.</li><li>Oversee and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines and standards.</li><li>Read and interpret irrigation plans, specifications, and blueprints.</li><li>Perform site inspections to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety compliance.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise in the field.</li><li>Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.</li><li>Track project progress, materials, and labor, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.</li><li>Prepare daily reports and documentation on project activities and milestones.</li><li>Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety on all job sites.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5 or more years of experience in irrigation installation or golf course construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or project management role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of golf course irrigation systems, methods, and materials.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and irrigation blueprints.</li><li>Exceptional organizational, scheduling, and leadership skills.</li><li>Hands-on, field-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to foster positive client relationships.</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to travel locally to job sites as needed.</li><li>Experience with project management software, time tracking, or landscape/irrigation software is a plus (e.g., LMN, ConstructConnect, CompanyCam).</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive hourly wage at $65,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience.</li><li>Overtime opportunities available</li><li>Paid time off (PTO)</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Family-oriented work environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a growing company</li></ul>Ready to Join a Winning Team?If you're looking to build something lasting,&nbsp; not just a project, but a career, Grass Plus Inc. is the place for you.
