<h2 style="margin-bottom: 4pt; margin-top: 18pt;">Lawn Mowing Maintenance Crew Lead&nbsp;</h2><h2 style="margin-bottom: 4pt; margin-top: 18pt;">Grass Plus | Field Leadership | Full-Time</h2><h3>About the Role</h3>Grass Plus is hiring a Lawn Mowing Maintenance Crew Lead to lead daily field operations within our Maintenance Division.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong professional mowing experience who can operate equipment, manage a small crew, and deliver consistent, high-quality results. You'll work closely with managers while taking ownership of daily execution in the field. <h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Lead and work alongside a maintenance crew on daily mowing and landscape maintenance routes</li><li>Operate and service equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related tools</li><li>Drive and safely maneuver a truck and trailer</li><li>Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to Grass Plus quality standards</li><li>Communicate effectively with managers and team members</li><li>Maintain clean, professional job sites with strong attention to detail</li><li>Complete tasks independently without constant supervision</li></ul> <h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>Experience in professional mowing and landscape maintenance</li><li>Ability to speak and understand English</li><li>Valid driver's license</li><li>Comfortable driving and maneuvering a truck and trailer</li><li>Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented</li><li>Able to pass a background check and drug test</li><li>Works well in a team environment and supports company standards</li></ul>Preferred (not required):<ul><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish)</li><li>Experience leading or managing a small maintenance crew</li></ul> <h3>Why Grass Plus</h3><ul><li>$20-$26 per hour</li><li>Stable, established company with a strong reputation</li><li>Clear expectations and consistent work</li><li>Supportive management and team environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow into larger leadership roles</li></ul>
