Lawn Mowing Maintenance Crew Lead

About the Role

Grass Plus is hiring a Lawn Mowing Maintenance Crew Lead to lead daily field operations within our Maintenance Division.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong professional mowing experience who can operate equipment, manage a small crew, and deliver consistent, high-quality results. You'll work closely with managers while taking ownership of daily execution in the field.

What You'll Do

• Lead and work alongside a maintenance crew on daily mowing and landscape maintenance routes
• Operate and service equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related tools
• Drive and safely maneuver a truck and trailer
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to Grass Plus quality standards
• Communicate effectively with managers and team members
• Maintain clean, professional job sites with strong attention to detail
• Complete tasks independently without constant supervision

What We're Looking For

• Experience in professional mowing and landscape maintenance
• Ability to speak and understand English
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable driving and maneuvering a truck and trailer
• Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
• Works well in a team environment and supports company standards

Preferred (not required):

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience leading or managing a small maintenance crew
