<h1>Sales Manager - Construction &amp; Environmental Services (B2B)</h1> Company: Grass PlusLocation: Eden, UTJob Type: Full-time, W-2 <h3>Overview</h3>Grass Plus is hiring a Sales Manager to generate new business across reclamation, landscaping, and large-scale project work. This role is focused on building client relationships, identifying project opportunities, and closing contracts in coordination with internal operations teams.<h3>What You'll Be Responsible For</h3><ul><li>Build and manage relationships with general contractors, developers, municipalities, and property managers</li><li>Identify and pursue project opportunities using bid platforms, planning resources, and industry contacts</li><li>Lead client discussions to understand project scope, timelines, and requirements</li><li>Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, and industry events</li><li>Work with internal teams to develop accurate and competitive project proposals</li><li>Maintain detailed records of opportunities and activity in CRM</li><li>Provide regular pipeline updates and revenue forecasts</li><li>Support a smooth transition from signed contract to project kickoff</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience in construction, landscaping, environmental services, or similar B2B sales</li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage client relationships</li><li>Experience with project-based or service-based sales cycles</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet deadlines</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li>Base salary: $60,000-$80,000</li><li>Commission: performance-based, uncapped</li><li>Expected total earnings (OTE): $90,000-$180,000 annually, depending on results</li></ul><h3>Performance Expectations</h3><ul><li>Annual sales target of approximately $6M in awarded work</li><li>Maintain an active pipeline aligned with business goals (approximately 3x annual target value)</li><li>Target close rate of ~30% on qualified opportunities</li><li>Timely follow-up and professional communication with prospective clients</li></ul>Grass Plus is an equal opportunity employer.
